I bought this a few years ago but haven't used it much and it's been stored away.
I don't think there are any noticeable scratches, but the dirt on the metal parts might be a concern.
The strings have never been replaced since purchase.
To be honest, I'm not very knowledgeable about it, so I'm not sure if I can answer your questions.
It comes with the attached strap and the included soft case.
