There is a definite sheen to it and the weave is textured with more sheen bumps. Definitely more on the stiffer side of fabric than airy and flowey, but it is not over the top stiff. Flaws shown in photos. Handmade Theres about 8-9 in the hem available to let out. Measurements are in the photos. Comes from a pet free and smoke free environment
