Vintage White Open lattice Floral Plate

This is a vintage Challinor, Taylor & Co. white milk glass bowl featuring a distinctive open lattice or scroll and eye reticulated edge.The center of the bowl is decorated with a hand-painted floral design, often depicting apple blossoms or other pink and blue flowers. These bowls were typically produced in the late 19th century (circa 1880s–1890s) in Pennsylvania. Similar items are often valued for their Victorian shabby chic style and can be found in varying conditions, sometimes featuring minor factory imperfections in the paint. Delicate pierced edge ceramic plate. White base with pastel floral design in pinks, blues and green. Lightweight and decorative. Great for display or serving. Good vintage condition.
