The metal fitting of one zipper is missing, but it can be opened and closed without problems by attaching a keychain or similar item.
Only the backpack straps are included.

Product Description
This is a superb briefcase that can store cases for flute, piccolo, clarinet single, clarinet Bb/A double, and oboe.
Smaller cases like flutes are securely held by a fabric with soft fleece material on the surface, preventing the case from moving inside. The inner pocket with a zipper, which can also store a piccolo, can also hold cleaning supplies such as cleaning rods. There is a pocket on the back and one on the inside for large sheet music or files, and a pocket on the front for many accessories such as reeds and tuners.
It can be carried in 3 ways: shoulder, backpack, or hand-carry. Also, by opening the zipper at the bottom of the back pocket, it can be secured by passing it through the handle of a carry-on bag.
The exterior is made of nylon material, and the interior is vinyl-coated for water resistance. Genuine leather is used for the handles and shoulder pad (exterior only).
