I purchased this for its color, durability, and design.
It was about 10 years ago, and I used it for about a year on weekends for transport by car. It has been stored since then.
Keys are included, but have never been used.
There appears to be some deterioration on the buckle locks. I believe it does not affect use, but this is my personal assessment.
