This is a set of Taisho Otome Otogibanashi (Taisho Maiden Fairy Tale) Ankoru and a non-woven fabric bag, a limited edition novelty from Comitia.

This is a fan-made book featuring characters from Taisho Otome Otogibanashi, by the author Sana Kirioka.

The Ankoru appears to be free of dirt or creases to the untrained eye, but the non-woven fabric bag has been stored folded, resulting in a slightly strong crease near the face. (Please check the second photo.)

Please consider the non-woven fabric bag as a bonus.
The non-woven fabric bag will be folded and placed in an OPP bag with the book, reinforced with cardboard, and then shipped.
