Description
Witch Halloween costume Youth size medium, I’ve included pictures of pit to pit, length to waist and from waist to end of skirt. This was hard to measure because of all the layers. This is an orange witch’s fiber optic Halloween costume The skirt has four layers. it is battery operated, with a pouch inside the waistline, with green blinking fiber lights. One Flaw: currently only one side of the lights are lighting. Someone could do a little work and get it repaired. However, even with just one side blinking it still looks adorable.
