The size is L. I am 157.5 cm tall and weigh 55 kg, and it was a little big on me, but the lace-up back allows for some size adjustment.
The upper arms are covered with tulle, so it's also recommended for those concerned about their upper arms. (The tulle on the arms cannot be removed.)
