The ultimate Manda Koso Kin-In is completed by adding five ingredients – loquat, sudachi, mulberry, Taiwanese fruit aiyu jelly, and Siberian ginseng (a plant from the Araliaceae family, like Korean ginseng) – to barrels of Manda Koso that have been fermented and aged for over 3 years and 3 months, and then further fermenting and aging them for an additional 2 years, for a total of over 5 years.
