This is a used Tru-Spec civilian product from about 15 years ago. It's a mil-spec boonie hat made by a contractor that supplies the US military. The craftsmanship, typical of a contractor, is on par with actual issued items. It was used for a few years after purchase and then stored, with no missing parts or tears.
