This item is a Han-gesa.
In Jodo Shinshu Buddhism, the Han-gesa worn around the neck is called Monshō by the Honganji-ha (Nishi - West) sect, and Ryakukata-ginu by the Otani-ha (Higashi - East) sect.
It has been stored without ever being used, but the box has stains.
Fortunately, the condition of the item itself is good, so I am listing it for sale (without the box).
