I liked the design so much that I could have displayed it even when not in use, but I've decided to part with it as I've started using something else.

Oil-fired finish is achieved by alternately applying camellia oil and tea stain liquid and firing it over a kiln firing.
A trivet made with reliable materials and the oil-fired finish technique.
