■ How to Use:
① First, wash it in the washing machine. This will improve absorbency.
② Place it on your underwear and secure it with the button, just like a disposable paper napkin (the plain natural material side touches your skin).
③ When it gets dirty, change to a fresh cloth pad at the same intervals as you would change a disposable paper napkin.
④ Fold the dirty side inward and take it home for soaking and washing.

■ Washing Instructions:
① First, lightly rinse off the stains with water.
② In a lidded bucket, dissolve about 1 teaspoon of sodium sesquicarbonate in 500 ml of water and soak the cloth pad for about half a day.
③ Then, gently hand wash by pressing, and the stains will come off easily.
④ Wash in the washing machine with a laundry net, reshape, and air dry in the sun.
