Since it's size M, it should be a versatile size for both SD and MSD.

These are clip-on ears for dolls.
They were made referencing fluffy wolf ears.
A 3D model was created using zbrush and then outputted with a 3D printer. They were then colored with Mr. Color and finished with a matte clear top coat.

The material is white resin for stereolithography.
White resin may yellow over time due to aging. Thank you for your understanding.

These are made for heads that support clip-on ears. You may also be able to attach them yourself by methods such as applying magnets.
