Description
This is about a Sony Bravia 4K LCD TV, model KJ-55X9000F. The screen started showing vertical lines, and then would return to normal after a while. I found information online suggesting a faulty T-CON board, so I purchased a replacement board from a flea market and tried swapping it out. However, the symptoms did not change, and I concluded that the LCD panel itself must be defective and that I would have to dispose of the TV.
The replacement boards I purchased came as a set of 4 different types, 4 boards in total. I will be listing these 4 boards along with the original T-CON board that was in the TV before the symptoms changed. I hope someone can make good use of them.
