Niko and... army pants, size L. The waist and hem were originally just drawstrings, but they've been replaced with elastic for easier wear. The elastic can be seen from the back as shown in photo 7 if pulled, but it's generally on the inside and not visible.

If you have a smaller bust and wear a Uniqlo top in size M, you should be able to wear this. It looks stylish when worn with a camisole with built-in cups!
