Vintage Hattie Carnegie I Magnin Co Exclusive black ratten Cloche Hat with a ratten bow. The ratten trim is a polyester or plastic material . I am not what the woven material is made out of it does have a shiny finish coating to the woven material. It is very flexible can be worn with the rim up or down. Very well made it look like new no tears or breaks of the woven material. Still has the 2 original combs It is about 10 inches wide by 10 inches in length and about 2 inches in height, the inside measurement is about 19 inches maybe 20 inches or fits a head about 20 inches in diameter. Maybe a 6 3/8 or 6 1/2 hat size I will ship in a box to make sure it does not gets smushed
