DW Clamp-On Bass Drum Hoop System. Rod diameter of the leg part is approximately 10.5mm.
This system allows you to attach legs to a bass drum without modifying the drum itself by attaching it to the hoop.
You could attach this to a concert bass drum to create a larger diameter set.
I used this to convert an 18-inch floor tom into a bass drum with wood hoops and attached it.
