It is a high-quality golden-brown kakujiobi (corner obi).
It's not commonly seen, and it can be unfolded to double its width.
You can also wear it with the wider width depending on how you tie it.
It is recommended for those with a larger stomach.
You can widen it from the lower abdomen, wrap it around,
and then adjust it back to its original width when you're about to tie it.

There are no particular issues.
